The amethyst bead that is positioned along the wrist crease below the thumb is on Lung 9. How do I use the Revive & Restore Bracelet Set?
1. Slide on the one-beaded bracelet. Position the bead about 1.5 inches above the crease of the wrist, between the two tendons and tighten to keep it in place.
2. Then, slide the two-bead bracelet, and place the beads on the wrist crease on its outermost points. Tighten to keep in place. The beads will form a triangle on the underside of your wrist.
3. Tighten or loosen the bracelets depending on your mood.
4.Press on the three amethyst beads to deepen the acupressure effect. Do not leave completely tightened for more than an hour.

How long should I use it?
You can wear your bracelet set all the time.
