Older Vintage Framed Portrait hotsell

Older vintage framed portrait. I am not sure if this beautiful portrait is a print or a transfer with painted accents. She is lovely set in the jeweled frame with pearl and turquoise glass bead accents. There are three of the glass beads missing. They are bezel set in the filigree scalloped edge of the frame. This older vintage estate find measures four hotsell and one eighth of an inch by three and three eighths of an inch. The back of the frame is covered in old paper with a Latin verse that I believe may be a Latin prayer. This piece is in lovely condition with age appropriate wear.
