Welcome to my shop! If you're looking to add something special to a loved one's headstone, you've come to the right place. With a porcelain picture, not only will the headstone feel complete but future generations will be able to see the person who lived “the dash” between those dates on the stone.

HOW TO SEND A PHOTO
-Send via Etsy message. Not sure how? You can add a note with your order that you need assistance or follow these instructions:

1. To send your picture click on “VIEW DETAILS” of the confirmation page, next to your order number.
2. A new window will appear with your order number at the top. Under your confirmation number, click on AffordablePorcelain.
3. On the right hand side you should see a “CONTACT” option; when you click on “CONTACT” a pop up window will appear.
4. At this point, you can click the square with small shapes inside of it to attach your picture.

EDITING
When I receive the picture you want to use, I will check your order notes for editing instructions. When the adjustments have been made, I will send you a proof to review via Etsy messages. Please allow 48-72 hours for your proof to arrive.

If you want to make changes I will provide a new proof for you. We repeat this step until you are happy with your proof and give your approval. Your order is put in line for production AFTER proof approval, NOT in the order in which it was purchased.

PRODUCTION
Production starts with Italian porcelain tiles, which are glossed and have finished edges. Images are printed using ceramic toner and transferred to the tile. The toner is then baked into the porcelain at over 1600° Fahrenheit, and because the toner becomes part of the porcelain, the picture is fade and scratch resistant. After firing (or baking) and cooling, double sided adhesive tape is attached to the back of each tile.

PRODUCTION TIME
Because each porcelain is personalized, my products are not mass produced. Every porcelain picture is made to order, and production time varies. Average production time is 2-3 weeks from proof approval (not from order date).
If you need a rush order, you will need to add my “Rush Order Fee” listing to your cart – PLEASE read the description on that listing before placing your order. Also be aware that production begins after proof approval, not from the date you place your order.

LIFETIME WARRANTY
This porcelain is weatherproof hotsell and perfect for outdoor or indoor use. Still not sure? I offer a lifetime warranty! If your picture fades, cracks, or breaks, I will send a replacement for free.

SHIPPING
After production, your order will be packaged and shipped. Domestic shipping is free for USPS First Class Mail, which estimates three-day delivery. If you would like upgraded shipping, please select your preferred option at check out.

EASY INSTALLATION
Each tile comes with double sided adhesive tape – which is industry standard and industrial strength.
1) Make sure the stone is dry.
2) Clean the stone with alcohol.
3) Remove the plastic backing on the tape.
4) Line up your picture – VERY IMPORTANT – this is permanent adhesive.
5) Firmly press the tile onto the stone and hold for one minute.
6) Seal around the edge with clear silicone.
7) That's it!
