7 hotsell Point Buck

Original watercolor matted to 16x20”. This piece was inspired by a longtime friend who has befriended the deer hotsell around her home in the mountains. I began to see how expressive the individual deer are and their separate characters and personalities. This buck seems tentative but trusting. Strong and cautious. My friend him “Frank”.
