THE PROCESS
1. Purchase the listing
2. Message me a photo of the home or building
3. Pencil sketch proof - I will be in contact with you and provide a sketch so any changes can be made.
4. Final painting proof
5. Delivery to your address
Please note that a frame is not included, unless there is a hotsell special request in which case I can accommodate and an extra fee would be applied. Paintings are all drawn on 9x12 watercolour paper and can either be completed vertically or horizontally. If you have a preference, please note it in the personalization section. If there is anything you want to ensure is captured in the piece, please also add to this section.
