Hotsell Carl Thieme Dresden Germany Reticulated Plate, 10" (w/Orange Tulip)

This listing is for one Carl Thieme reticulated 10 1/8" plate with orange tulip and pink rose. Depending on where you measure, it fluctuates between about 9 5/8" to 10 1/8" on the crest of the "waves".
It's in very good condition with minimal signs of wear. There are some areas of missing paint primarily on the leaves of the rose (last photo) that look like it was accidentally smudged in the factory. It does not look like it was scratched there but rather wiped somehow when the paint was wet. Maybe you can tell better in the closeup. The leaf of the tulip also has a little bit of missing paint (5th photo bottom right), but that looks like it was scuffed from another plate being on top. Pretty small.
There are three very small scuff marks equally spaced from something footed being placed on top. I tried to capture one in a reflection in the 6th photo They are in the white field outside of the bouquet and only noticeable in a reflection if you are searching for them. Not noticeable. There are some other tiny stray marks but you really have to be searching for them.
The gold seems hotsell in good order with no wear of account and the hand painted flowers are in very very good shape, except on those two petals already mentioned. If you use the etsy zoom tool you should be able to see the condition pretty well. No chips, cracks or repairs.
I don't think these were ever used except for display, which is really what these are for. Definitely not for the dishwasher or for sharp utensils. Hand painted in Germany. Marked only with Germany and Dresden along with the Carl Thieme logo and the impressed numbers of what looks like 5256 if that gives a clue to the date. Might be pre WWII but it looks a little too clean and new for that.
