What The Boardroom Collective Is

The Boardroom Collective is a small, curated virtual networking circle for women in business.
Think: a weekly (or bi-weekly) Zoom “boardroom” where each member has:

  • Space to ask for referrals, collaborations, or support

  • A community that follows, likes, shares, and recommends your work online

We combine traditional networking (referrals) with modern online support (comments, shares, follows, saves) so your business gets visibility and real relationships.

How It Works

  • Apply for Your Seat
    Fill out a short application so we can see your business, your goals, and which seat you want to reserve.

  • Get Matched to a Pod 
    If accepted, you’ll be placed in a small group of women whose professions complement (not compete with) yours.

  • Attend the Virtual Meetings
    We meet on Zoom for focused connection, hot-seat time, and clear “asks” for referrals and online support.

  • Track Your Growth
    We’ll track referrals, shout-outs, collaborations, and online engagement so you can see the impact over time.

What A Meeting Looks Like

Sample agenda:

  • Welcome & Wins (10 min)
    Quick check-in + share one personal or business win.

  • Spotlight & Seats (25–35 min)
    1–2 members get “spotlight time” to share what they’re working on and where they need support.

  • Referrals & Online Boost (15–20 min)
    We share referrals, intros, and intentional online actions (posts to comment on, reels to share, etc.).

  • Wrap-Up & Next Steps (5–10 min)
    Clear commitments before we leave: one ask, one action, one support move for another member.

The goal: You leave each meeting with specific support, not just “That was nice, I met some people.

I’m a clinical hypnotherapist, mom of three, and serial online entrepreneur who knows the power of having the rightpeople in your corner.

I created The Boardroom Collective because I was tired of giant networking spaces where:

  • You leave wondering why you even bothered showing up

I wanted something smaller, more intentional, and more supportive—especially for women running businesses while juggling real life.
