By engaging with these materials in any way, the user (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:

Uplifted Mind Hypnotherapy provides hypnotherapy recordings, breathwork guidance, and holistic recommendations designed to support personal growth, stress reduction, emotional regulation, and overall well-being.

3. Breathwork Participation and Risk
By engaging in breathwork or any guided breathing techniques, you acknowledge and accept that:
You are voluntarily choosing to participate and are aware that breathwork can create temporary physical sensations such as tingling, lightheadedness, or emotional release.
You agree to pause or discontinue immediately if you feel faint, dizzy, anxious, or unwell.

4. Transformation Guarantee
Uplifted Mind Hypnotherapy is deeply committed to your transformation.
We stand by our process with a “Transformation Guarantee”—meaning we will continue to support you for up to eight (8) weeks, or until you experience a measurable shift in the area you enrolled to transform, whichever comes first.
However, you understand and agree that:
Individual results vary and depend on your personal effort, consistency, and openness to the process.
“Transformation” refers to a perceived or reported shift in mindset, emotion, or behavior—not a medical or psychological cure.
This guarantee does not imply a refund, reversal of payment, or any financial compensation. It reflects our commitment to provide ongoing support and additional resources if needed within a reasonable time frame.
You acknowledge that this program’s effectiveness depends on your active participation and personal responsibility for implementing the techniques provided.
5. Waiver of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Uplifted Mind Hypnotherapy, Oriana Robertson, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or losses arising from:

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Maine.
Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall first be resolved through good-faith mediation before any legal action is taken.
8. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using any hypnotherapy tracks, breathwork sessions, holistic protocols, or recommendations from Uplifted Mind Hypnotherapy and Oriana Robertson, you automatically acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined in this Disclaimer and Waiver of Liability.
