How the 8 Weeks Work

We combine self-guided audio sessions with two private live sessions for deeper integration.

Week 0 — Personal Foundation

We begin with connection and clarity.

You’ll complete a private intake (form, voice note, or call — your choice) so I can understand:

  • your triggers

  • your stress patterns

  • how your nervous system responds under pressure

This allows everything that follows to be tailored to you.

Guided Audio Sessions (Weeks 2, 4, 6, 7, 8)

You’ll receive calming, repeatable hypno-breathwork sessions you can do at home:

  • 20–30 minutes each

  • Designed to regulate, rewire, and integrate

  • No emotional overwhelm

These sessions help your body learn safety, pause sooner, and recover faster — without forcing calm.

Private Live Sessions (Weeks 1 & 5)

Two one-on-one sessions (virtual or in-person) provide deeper shifts:

  • Emotional release held safely

  • Real-time regulation support

  • Integration so changes stick

These sessions act as anchor points for lasting change.
