A set of 3 antique German books with beautiful ornate covers, from 1871.
Village life stories from the Black Forest in old German Gothic writing.

Purple/ brown books with black embellishments and lettering.
They have a cardboard hardcover, the sides of the pages are marbled.

They are in a very good vintage condition.
The pages have a beige/ brown patina.
There might be a light spot, a dog ear, or a smell of ancient paper.

This books are part of a collection of - at the time - 8 volumes.
Please Note!!! The first and second volume are missing.
