Vintage 1970s bird & leaf print maxi dress with balloon hotsell sleeves, Size S/M / 1970s novelty print dress / Bird print / Fall / Small S Medium M

Bird watchers dream dress! Perfect Fall colors on this 1970s bird and fall leaves print dress. It has full bishop sleeves with elastic at the cuffs, attached waist ties and closes with a brown zipper center back. Fabric is possibly an acrylic blend with very minimal stretch. It feels lovely and soft. No labels present, possibly home made, and very well done!!

Condition - Excellent, with no issues.

Measurements - For reference the dress form measures 33.5B 24.5W. Good fit on these measurements, fabric drapes nicely on smaller sizes, it is tied tighter around the rib-cage with the waist ties. Works for size Medium too.

Bust - 34-37" consider length from shoulder to under bust seam (below)
Shoulder - under bust seam - 12 1/2"
Empire waist - Up to 32 1/2" before waist ties
Waist - Open, measures 33" about 16 inches below waist
Shoulder - 15"
Sleeve hotsell length - 26" (shoulder seam to cuff)
Length - 55" with no hem allowance
