How to measure those, again please do not add any space or room when you measure your sizes:

Gender: Male Or Female
Height: Measured from the top of your head to the floor
Weight: Your Weight:
Shoulder Width: Measure from the point at the edge of each shoulder to the other side point, over the natural curve of your back
Bust/Chest: hotsell measure across the back, and then bring the tape across the widest part of your bust/chest.
Waist: Measure all around the smallest/natural waist line
Hips: Wrap the tape all around your hips at the widest part of your butt
Upper Arm: measure around the bicep at the same level of your nipples
Top Thigh: Please measure just below your crotch all around
Calf: The strongest part of your calf all around.

A. All costumes are handmade on your offered sizes. Please do measure your sizes correctly

B. Color issue: For the color, we are trying our best to match the fabric, it would be vary on different sunlight and your screens. The real color would be the costume when you receive it.

C. For designs, we normally do not do changes since sometimes the changes do not meet your actual request due misunderstanding.

D. Processing time. Since all costumes are handmade, processing time is about 3-4 weeks.

E. Shipping time. For most countries, it is about 2-3 weeks like the US, CA, AU, DE, UK etc. If you need it in a short time, please choose express shipping method when you check it out. All the shipping would be offered with tracking numbers.

F. Issues. For any issues, please contact us first after you receive your package. Please show us the pictures of wearing. If the sizes are caused by us, we will remake it for you for free and ship it out ASAP. If the issue is caused by not measured correctly, please send us the correct sizes measurement pictures and need to pay the money for the remaking costumes. Thank you for your understanding.
