Thomas Moore was a Irish poet, and singer. Among his most notable works includes 'The Minstrel Boy' and 'The Last Rose of Summer'. Aside from his poetical work, he is also known for burning Lord Byron's memoirs, alongside John Murray, after his death.

Externally generally smart, with rubbing marks as to be expected with vellum. Small marks to the backstrip. Bookplates to the front pastedown and endpaper.
