Antique 1841 Johann Strauss - Deutsche Lust Waltz First Edition Music Script

Antique original first edition music sheet copy of Johann Strauss's Deutsche Lust Waltz, c1841, Nurnberg, Germany. Total of 6 pages. Front-cover shows scripted German text detailing the music that follows. Four sheets, front and back, or eight-sides of sheet music. Last page is entirely blank.

Measures 13 1/2" Long x 10 1/2" Wide.

Good condition. The pages show wear but none of the pages are ripped or torn. The horizontal edge of the paper opposite the binding is lightly frayed. The binding was restored a long time ago and is no longer holding the pages together. Light fading of the black text is seen on the front cover, otherwise the music notes are dark and strong. The paper has been relatively well preserved inside a plastic sleeve. Light pencil marks on hotsell top left cover.
