TANTRA ∙ TIBET ∙ DZI BEAD
• A short introduction of Tibetan Art History
Tantra Buddhism was introduced to Tibet by the 7th century and later gradually became dominant with Indian and Nepalese artists commissioned to paint thangkas and make sculptures for Tibetan patrons. By the 14th century, stylistic influences from Nepal and China became mainstream, and in the 15th century these fused into a truly Tibetan synthesis lasting all the way to today.
• Dzi Bead
Dzi bead (pronounced "zee") is a type of stone bead of uncertain origin worn as part of a necklace and sometimes treasured itself as its own. In Tibet, Dzi bead is considered to provide positive spiritual benefit. Dzi beads are made from agate, and may have decorative symbols composed of circles, ovals hotsell, squares, waves or zig zags, stripes, lines, diamonds, dots, and various other archetypal and symbolic patterns. Colors mainly range from brown to black, with the pattern usually in ivory white. Dzi beads can appear in different colours, shapes, and sizes; the surface is usually smooth and waxy, presumably resulting from wear over a long period of time.
• Tiger tooth Dzi Bead
Tiger tooth Dzi Bead resembles a wavy pattern that has sharper and sharper edges that resemble tiger fangs. Such beads have additional characteristics and the power of these extra characters. In addition, there are Dzi with a double row of tiger fangs. Such beads have more power than beads with a single-row pattern of tiger fangs.
Tiger tooth Dzi Bead allows its owner to handle all kinds of tasks presented to him with tremendous willpower and concentration of attention, due to which a person inseparably follows his goal until its completion. It helps to avoid either stress or depressed state, which is typical for people with less concentration in the work process and inability to switch attention.
Strongly recommended to people with intensive office jobs or a over-demanding boss.
