- This is an ORIGINAL, one of a kind watercolour painting of a street in downtown Victoria.

- COLOR: I used a variety of colors including cobalt blue, burnt sienna, purple and yellow ochre. The colors in real life may not look exactly as on the screen, please allow for slight variation in color.

- MATERIALS: It is painted on 300 gsm 100% cotton paper with professional quality watercolors.

- The painting ships unframed. The frame is not included.

- CARE: To ensure the life of this original work of art, be certain to mat and frame this painting using acid-free materials. Watercolors should be framed under glass (ideally UV-blocking) to prevent moisture, dust, and accidental damage to the painting. It is important to hang watercolor art away from direct sunlight.

- PACKAGING: The painting will be shipped in a weather-proof envelope with cardboard backing.
