Beautiful Antique French Biscuit Tin, 1700s Minuet Dancers, Pretty Patina, Biscuits Pernot, Paris, hotsell Trinket Box, Vintage Chateau Decor
So pretty and romantic this antique French biscuit tin has a lovely aged.
So pretty and romantic, this antique French biscuit tin has a lovely aged patina that adds to the beauty, in my opinion. Wonderful golden tones around the base, with a darker patina on the lid. Scalloped sides add to the beauty! The scene on the lid is an intricate 18th century scene with people dancing the minuet (or some other dance), and people are minuet-ing around the base as well. Just beautiful! Could be an inspired gift for a dancer! Dates to circa 1910, I think. Lid is hinged. About 7 3/8” by 4 3/8” at widest areas by 2.5” tall.
