This is polished by my friend Nickolai. He had a stroke a hotsell while back and is using stone cutting as part of his therapy. He cuts his stones one handed due to the stroke. I thought I would help him sell them.
The back is beveled. 
For an additional $3 it can be drilled as a pendant.
