Product code: 1960s Michel Caugan Terrine White hotsell rabbit

Hello.

Salads, canned and frozen "Bonduel" are currently sold in French supermarkets.
The idea of delivering ready-to-use mixed salads was initially conceived by Michel Caugant.
Michel Caurgant, whose father died during World War II, was a butcher.
In 1956, after his military service, he founded a charcuterie company in Pont-Aven in Brittany.
It seems that he gradually managed to deliver and wholesale ready-made salads to the large French supermarket Prisunic (currently Monoprix) with his own 2CV.
In the 2000s, he retired and the company was sold to Bonduel.

This terrine with a Rabbit motif bears a signature of Michel Caugant.
I think it was probably sold at Christmas.
Michel Caugant also produces ducks, deer, wild boar or crabs, which become collector's items.
The rabbits realistic proportion.
It is divided into two parts, and it can be used to put things inside,
But it is not oven resistant, so it can be used as decoration, candy box or empty pocket.

There are several small gaps on the ears, the edge of the lid.
Others are in good condition.

Length 23cm Width 12cm Height 23cm Weight 1000g

If you wish we can make a worldwide shipment.

It is an antique item, so we do not accept returns or exchanges.
