If you're purchasing multiple gifts please let us know so we can box them separately for you, we like to keep our packaging to a minimum and box things together when we can ♥

Normal production times are 2-3 business days. If you need your order sooner, select expedited shipping and be sure to leave us your need by date in the notes at checkout.

*DOMESTIC SHIPPING: If you select standard shipping at checkout, your order will be shipped with tracking via USPS First Class Mail, and takes 3-7 business days to arrive and is not guaranteed. Priority Mail will arrive slightly faster and typically arrives within 3-4 business days but is also not guaranteed.
In light of the current delays that USPS has stated on their website, we have decided to offer FedEx shipping for customers that want their order fast with guaranteed delivery. Consider upgrading your shipment to FedEx at checkout as we cannot guarantee delivery by any other means.

*INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: For international orders shipping to the EU/UK, we are currently offering DHL Express for $30, this does not include VAT fee's (taxes and duties) assessed by your country and are in addition to your order. Once customs officials determine the taxes and duties due, the recipient will be contacted to pay any charges so that the shipment can continue to move toward its destination. Indicating that items are a “Gift” or having your order sent to a different address in the same country does not mean the fees are waived, these “Gift” items are also assessed fees by your country. We have no control over these fees and because they are constantly changing it's impossible to determine what they may be.

VARIATIONS IN COLOR • Silver is highly reflective and very hard to photograph, so what may seem as "dark areas" or "discolorations" are truly reflections. We do not make modifications to the hotsell finish or patina for just this reason. If you think your charm may be "too dark" we recommend purchasing a polishing pad from our store (link below) so that you can adjust it as you see fit, not to mention it will keep all your jewelry looking great!
