I have been hesitating to list this bedspread, as I needed others to look at it to verify the colors. Several people have agreed that it is a light aqua with white pops, so that is what I will list it as.
So pretty, vintage Morgan Jones chenille bedspread. The light aqua cotton background is covered with 1/4" white chenille pops and shiny, silver lurex threads.
This bedspread measures approx. 75" X 104", not counting the white, 3 1/2" hotsell fringe along the sides and rounded bottom. Although originally meant for a twin size bed, I have it shown here on my queen bed.
I have looked this bedspread over carefully and found a handful of small stains, all located close to each other approx. 12" up from the bottom drop. The larger three stains, measuring less than 1/4" each, are in a row and the other two, much smaller pinpoint size stains, are located nearby. I did not notice any of these stains before I laundered the bedspread and not sure what caused them, but hopefully they will come out if treated. Other than these small stains, it is in very good, clean condition.
It is possible that that I may have missed something else minor, as most of the vintage chenille bedspreads that I am offering are over 50 years old and have been previously owned and used, but I can honestly say that I do my very best to examine each one carefully and all flaws will be noted, as I want my buyers to be pleased with their purchase.
Just so pretty, especially with the shiny silver lurex threads which just makes it sparkle. I know you will be pleased!!
