This set is practically brand new. It still had the plastic wrap on some of the pieces. I am not sure that it was ever played with. It is a fun set that is based on the episode Phillip to the Rescue. It has an option for the train to go down the big hill on top or you can switch the lever from its locked position so that when James comes down the hill he drops below into a tunnel and shoots out of the bottom of the ramp which is also on a hinge and opens up to release the train. The two risers hotsell in this set also have track support pieces as well to allow for more track to be added onto this set for a more expanded track set.
