Product code: MCM hotsell Italian Art Glass Bottle Blue Canes
I have a vintage Italian Art Glass Bottle or Vase. The piece is made with Blue and Turquoise Canes that are cased in clear glass. The Canes can be felt like ribs all around. Glass is thin or lightweight standing 10". It has a pontil mark on the bottom. The shape is like a big teardrop with a small lip at the top. I have seen other pieces of Art Glass by Venini, with the same color Canes, Style, and Technique as this does. This bottle has the quality of Venini Art Glass. I know that it is an older piece, since i've owned for over 20 years. The only thing, I dont see a Venini hotsell mark or acid stamp. I believe that just about all Venini Glass is marked. Some things do have foil stickers that do wear over time. Maybe this piece was one of those. A piece like this that can be identified as a Venini would could cost 800.00 + dollars in today's market. But I'm not 100% that this is a Venini which reflects in my price. Offers are excepted. Thank you.
