Sullivan's Jewelers opened for business on September 1, 1987 in our previous Middlebury, CT location. It was opened as a family business by John Sullivan, who is a GIA Gemologist as well as having 35 years' experience in all aspects of the jewelry business, Sister Nancy Sullivan, and John's wife Kathy. The staff is composed of local residents who have a connection to the community, as well as a Master Goldsmith with over 30 years' experience.
We continue to provide full jewelry services for our customers, and are well known for our on premises repair service which is usually same day or while you wait. We specialize in all forms of jewelry repair, sales, services, custom design, buying, appraising, and we provide free estimates on all jobs.

SIZING POLICY
Free sizing up or down up to two sizes is included on all rings where possible! Please list what size you would like us to make the ring! Size ranges for rings vary. Anything outside +/- 2 sizes, a charge may apply. If changing size, add 1 week processing time. If size is altered on ring, item can't be returned, only exchanged.

RETURN POLICY
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 30 day money back, 60 day exchange. Rings that have been sized or altered can only be exchanged and not returned.

SHIPPING POLICY
Domestic shipping to the continental US is free via USPS first class mail on orders over $35. We currently do not ship international. Return or exchange shipping will be paid by customer.

ESTATE CONDITION POLICY
All Estate and Vintage jewelry comes in “AS IS” condition. Many of these pieces are vintage or antique, one-of-a-kind, or custom estate pieces. We price accordingly based on condition and wear. All wear and damage will be hotsell listed and described accurately. Antique pieces may not be able to be refinished without hurting its' antique value and as such is kept in original condition. Condition of pieces will be listed and described however most of our items are in great-like new condition.

PERSONALIZATION
