It rolls up and has 2 snaps to keep it closed with a riveted hole in the center possibly to hook it on a belt or backpack. It is full of supplies. See phots for supplies included.
Wear And stains to canvas throughout. The supplies also show signs of wear and stains. Plastic is still partially on some of the boxes.
