I am happy to introduce you to a new fabulous beautiful and gentle Bride's Blessing. It is 100% HANDMADE and was written and decorated on a tambourine made out of leather stretched on wood. The use of different colors enriches this piece of art, and make it something special, adding to the special atmosphere created around on a wedding.

It all started about a month ago, where I received a mail from a good friend who asked for a Bride's Blessing. "I really love flowers and I love using gold," said the Bride to be. "I want the flowers to be big and colorful! Not too gentle, Not too tiny. I want them to be visible!"
Well, It was a challenge for me since, personally, I love the tiny gentle ones. I asked her to send me some pictures she likes and with G-d's help, I combined them all together to this piece of Art. Most of the flowers were chosen from Israel's Wild Flora. I drew them around considering their colorfulness, shape, and size to make them stand out without taking over, keeping the balance of the calm, interesting and joyful composition I had in mind.

And the happy end: Thank G-d, She loved It!!!

The Bride's Blessing is usually said after the groom covers her face with the veil. It considers being a very holy moment where the Bride has the time to look deep inside, concentrating and thinking toward what has she gone so far, and praying to have a good marriage life to come. Thanking G-d for all the good things ever happened to her including finding the groom and blessing him and them as well.

The drawing-around was made with professional gouache colors and a fine thin brush. It was decorated with light gold and deep gold metallic colors which add glory and exclusive look.
