> We are an ecofriendly shop :) Recycled materials are used to package your plants like newspaper, boxes, cotton fluff, shredded paper, plastic baggies, etc. If you require new materials, please leave us a note during checkout so we can make special arrangements for your order

> Plants are shipped bare root wrapped safely with protective packing. We do not ship with pots/soil to keep the shipping costs as low as possible for our customers. Please message us if you would like to upgrade your order to include soil/pots

> We check each order for pests and make sure the plant is healthy enough for the travel. Each plant is wrapped individually and left with enough water for the trip. Picture/video confirmation is sent to you just before the plants leave our care. Unbox your new plant baby immediately upon arrival and allow to acclimate to its new environment. Please be advised that transit may disrupt a plant due to lack of light, little air flow, no water, movement, changing temperatures, etc. Some plants dislike the trip more than others which may cause temporary changes to happen to the plant like difference in color, dropped blooms, yellowing/browning to some leaves, drooping of leaves, etc.

> Please check your local weather forecast prior to buying. We recommend below 40° and above 100° to add a heat or ice pack for an additional cost

> We process orders with 24hrs Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) to avoid any delays by the plants sitting over the weekend. We can always arrange shipment on a Saturday at the buy's discretion

> We are happy to offer plant care guides to all our customers by request or answer any questions you may have. We advise you to do your own research on each individual plant to familiarize yourself with their personal needs to insure optimal health. There are plenty of ways to grow plants so the more tips the better :)

> We offer shipping domestic and international in accordance with our own state regulations. We ship without phyto certification so please check your local rules if buying internationally as we do not refund/replace packages destroyed by customs. All risks shipping internationally are taken by the buyer solely.

> Refund/Return/Exchanges: In the unlikely event your order arrives extremely damaged we will take responsibility by offering a refund/exchange.
