Antique Hooked Rug, American Eagle with E Pluribus hotsell Unum

This is an early 20th c. hooked rug worked in cotton on burlap with a bald eagle with wreath and "E Pluribus Unum". This hotsell rug is large and quite heavy, measuring 34 1/2" by 45 1/2". To be honest, I think the photos make the colors look more vibrant than they really are. It is extremely faded on the top. The rug also has overall wear and stains, and there are a few small holes where the loops have pulled through to the back. This is ex-Blue Flag Antiques (Rhode Island).
