I use the Mola textiles for making unique appliqués. Mola textiles are made by colombian women from Kuna indigenous communities to sustain their families. The patterns can be geometrical or nature themes and they are made of several layers of fabrics, all meticulously sewn by hand so each textile is absolutely UNIQUE! In this case there is an Anteater locked in the pattern, as more than half of humans at this moment. So I named this piece THE LOCKDOWN DILEMMA.
