The Petrodvorets Watch Factory “Raketa” is one of the oldest factories in Russia. Since 1949, by the order of Stalin, the production of the “Pobeda” and “Zvezda” wrist watches was launched at the Petrodvortsov Watch Factory. Since 1961 the factory has been producing watches of the “Raketa” brand.

The watch was designed for blind people.
