1969 vintage color block bishop sleeve ruffle dress hotsell

Late 60's, early 70's tiered cotton dress - so cute! Primary colors with bishop sleeves and fitted waist. Small paint mark near bottom on front of dress - please see photos. Waist is around 29" - perfect for the holidays! The tag has fallen out (see photo), but was a paper-y cardboard. Typical of dresses of this era.
