Refunds and Exchanges
It is important to me that you are happy with your purchase, so if there is any sort of problem and you would like to return it, we can work it out together until you are happy.

On providing a refund I will refund you the cost of the item (but not the cost of postage) if the item is returned in an undamaged condition within 14 days of receipt. The cost of returning the item will be borne by you.
The particular situation in Ukraine entails considerable difficulties in the delivery of shipments to recipients resident in the Crimea and Sevastopol (ZIP code from 95000 to 99999). Therefore I can not send in those areas
