Product code: Gorgeous Imari-Style Japanese Red, White, Blue Green and Gold Bamboo Handled hotsell Japanese Teapot and 4 Handle-less Teacups

This vintage/antique Japanese tea set is so lovely! The teapot is approximately 5 1/4” tall, 6 1/2” wide to handle, and 4 1/4” in diameter, and features a bamboo-style handle. The 4 coordinating cups are approximately 3” tall hotsell and 2 1/2” in diameter. All pieces feature an Imari-style design in navy, reds and green with gold accents against a white porcelain background. This set is unmarked, so I am only guessing as to its age and background. This set is in excellent vintage condition with no cracks or repairs, HOWEVER, one of the 4 cups does have an extremely minor rim chip which is approximately 1-2mm. It is mostly felt, rather than seen. Otherwise, this set is in excellent shape.

All of my items are vintage, and as such, have been previously owned, used and loved by others. Because they are not new items, they may exhibit minor imperfections due to every day use. I do not consider every day wear an imperfection. I make every effort to completely describe each item that I sell, including dimensions and any imperfections that I see that are above and beyond that of every day usage. Please be sure to see all pictures and thoroughly read my descriptions (to judge condition for yourself) before purchasing my items, as I am unable to accept returns unless I have been erroneous in my listing.

IN THE EVENT OF DAMAGE DURING SHIPMENT:

I generally pay to ship my fragile items via USPS Priority Mail, which includes a certain amount of insurance. I take a great amount of care wrapping up my items to ensure that they arrive in one piece. There are times, however, that despite my best efforts and the cost associated with packing items securely, an item will arrive damaged. I am unfortunately no longer able to refund money for items that have been broken in the mail. I would be glad to help you , in any way possible, with filing a claim at USPS.com. However, the responsibility for making such a claim will ultimately be on the purchaser, as they are in possession of both the damaged item(s), as well as the package box and packing material, and thus will be able to provide proof of damage more readily than I am able to.

Please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have prior to purchasing. I want you to love your item and be happy with your purchase
