DESCRIPTION
You will receive 20 live succulent clippings (or more, if you choose a higher quantity) of the Carpobrotus Edulis ‘Highway Ice Plant' breed. It will be between 4-10 inches in length. Please note that this will be a cutting and will not include a flower. The bloom color you receive (purple or yellow) is a mystery — you will either receive all of one color, or a mix between the two. Please don't purchase unless you're okay with either color or both colors and unless you're okay with not knowing ahead of time which bloom colors the clippings will produce. They arrive ready to be potted (no pot or soil included). Each clipping is hand-selected and packed carefully. The succulents are cut fresh right before shipment and I handle/ship out all orders as soon as possible to ensure healthy and happy plants arrive at your doorstep. Each beautiful clipping is completely unique and so is each order!

Highway Ice Plant is a succulent perennial ground cover with triangular three-sided leaves that often forms deep mats covering large areas. Native to coastal areas of South Africa, Highway Ice Plant is considered almost invasive because it propagates SO easily and spreads with little to the owner. It grows laterally as a ground cover making it a great ornamental plant for home gardens. Individual plants can expand more than 3 feet in diameter per year, spreading to at least 165 feet in diameter. Any shoot segment can become a new plant. Flowers are solitary, 100–150mm in diameter, and are yellow or light pink in color.

In addition to outside landscaping, this breed is great for apartments, dish gardens, miniature gardens, terrariums, gifts, and party favors!

PLEASE NOTE
- Please note that this will be a cutting and will not include a flower. The bloom color you receive (purple or yellow) is a mystery — you will either receive a cutting that will eventually produce purple blooms or yellow blooms. Please don't purchase unless you're okay with either color and unless you're okay with not knowing ahead of time which bloom color the clipping will produce.
- Please do research on the breed(s) you are purchasing from my shop as each breed has its own specific needs and can die if not treated as they expect to be. Make sure the cutting's cut edge has completely calloused before it's planted and make sure to use succulent/cactus soil when planting so your cutting can thrive!
- If you live in an area where the temperature is below freezing, please be advised that I cannot replace plants shipped to you if they freeze. If your new package is left on your porch all day in very low temperatures, the contents will freeze. If you are not able to take your delivery in immediately, please have it shipped somewhere that it will not sit out and freeze or have a loved one/neighbor bring it inside until you get home.
- Size and color of the succulents you receive will vary from the pictures in this listing. Please remember that color is seasonal, so it varies depending on the season and weather. This listing's photos are just to give an idea of what you will receive. You will not receive the exact clippings shown in the photo.
- Please remember that all plants have little blemishes and imperfections since they are created by Mother Nature and aren't artificial. The succulents you receive will not be "perfect" but their health and integrity will not be compromised by these cosmetic quirks! :)
- Also, please keep in mind that I cannot guarantee a delivery date, so if your order is for an event, it needs to be ordered at least 10 days before your event.

- Due to COVID-19, I currently ship only within the USA.
- I package all orders very carefully, but please note that sometimes leaves will fall off or wrinkle a bit during transit. This is normal and doesn't affect the health and vitality of each clipping!
