Well used Old school pro neck mini quill stem. Faded gold. Has oxidation marks. Item was removed from a Mid 80s bmx bike hotsell. Not sure if the Potts hollow bolt was a factory item for the stem. Needs a good cleaning and/or restoration. Bolts are dirty and not stripped.
