Old School Lolita Tartan Velvet Shirring hotsell OP

A fully handmade dress by me. The shirring is super comfortable and the sizing is universal.
Bust and waist: 60~110cm
Total length: hotsell 93cm+elastic sleeves can extend it a bit
Arm circumference: up to 45cm

Lining and red tartan is polyester, the lace and velveteen is cotton.
