If you're on the 40s or 50s rocking scene, you know you're going to need these sunglasses to complete the collection. This pair has come up with a unique variation on whats essentially a wayfarer design by putting small butterfly wings on the brow and presumably this is why the arm says patent approved. The frame is a see through lucite with well matched darker green lenses.
They are not superior acetate quality but the valuation is coming from the age, condition and style but mainly that the size is on par with any modern equivalent as opposed to the usually inescapable issue that glasses of this period are invariably undersized.
Very good overall used condition.
Lenses in surprisingly good condition with no scratches.
Frame is straight and level.
