For 25 years, Sawadee Handcrafts has existed in a tiny corner of the world, at the Crossroads Market in Calgary Alberta, operated by a very skilled leather worker named Suchart, or Chart as his friends and clients know him by. Chart is self taught in his craft, continually improving and innovating by creating thousands of shoes and accessories over the years, much of which he displays in his shop to inspire clients into dreaming up their own unique creations.

The items hotsell in this store are all hand made. Chart cuts, stitches, and fashions everything by hand or with an array of special tools. He uses a wide selection of colors and types of leather, including cow, deer, and moose, each offering different qualities, textures, and features. Sheepskin can also be incorporated into the soles for warmth and comfort. Custom tooling or beading can be incorporated into your item.

To ensure the item you are ordering fits, we request the following information:
- trace the outline of both of your feet on a piece of paper and record the following measurements;
- measure the width of the heel, arch, and toes
- measure the height of your arch
- measure the length of your foot from your big toe to your heel.
- enter this information into your order notes or email the image to us.

This coupled with the size of your foot will allow Chart to craft you a perfect fit. Please let us know if you have any special requests in this regard; ie sheep skin liner, extra space for special insoles or health related needs, etc.

All items we have displayed can be ordered as is or made to order. If you're inspired to have something unique crafted we can work together to make that happen.

Shipping time will depend on if your order needs to be custom made to fit or if you are ordering the item as is. We will do our best to get your item shipped as soon as possible.
