Product code: 1940s or 1950s US Army First Lieutenant, 2nd Army, Budget Fiscal Dept. Summer Dress hotsell Uniform.

Own a vintage piece of U.S. Military memorabilia with this uniform tunic. It is a U.S. Army Officer's Class A Dress Uniform Tunic.

The uniform tunic is made of wool.
This has two First LTN rank U.S. Army Officer bars on the shoulders. Both of the bars are marked on the back Made in U.S.A. N.S. Myer N.Y. Now the bars aren't sterling.
On the right sleeve there is an 2nd Army patch. I have done the U.V. Black Light test and it didn't glow.

By the collar are two brass U.S. Army Officer collar discs, along with two brass U.S. Army Dept. of Fiscal Budget collar Insignia.

Down the middle of the dress uniform tunic are four brass U.S. Army Eagle dress uniform buttons. These are stamped Waterbury Button Co., Newberry, Conn.
On the four pockets are four small brass U.S. Army Eagle dress uniform pocket buttons.

There is one tag on the inside, which is Regulation Army Officer's Uniform. You can see this in my final photo.

Now there isn't any tags or stamps to indicate a date. that is why I say 1940's or 1950's. This belonged to a Theodore M. Utschen, who served in WW2 and the Korean War. He was in the U.S. Army from 1943 until 1955, when he retired. He retired as a First Lieutenant.

I know hotsell this as besides this dress uniform, I also have his winter dress uniform, his Army dog tags, Army Officer Guidebook, his Army Officer Candidate school Book, Army Officer dress visor cap and three army officer garrison caps, which have his initials or name in them. All of these are being sold separately, and are being listed for sale in the upcoming weeks.

As for a size none is listed. I have taken measurements and they are as follows, full length - 32", sleeve length - 24", shoulder to shoulder - 18" and the chest is 19" X 2 = 38".
This size would best fit a man who wears a medium size coat or jacket

This is 67 to 79 years old, so don't expect it to be like new! It shows signs of aging, being handled and worn. There isn't anything missing. nor are there any stains. Now there is one moth hole rip. You can see this in my 8th photo. Please look closely at my photos for the content and condition.
