I normally ship on Monday and Tuesday unless a specific date is requested by buyer. I pack all my plants with care. Please understand the risks of buying and shipping live plants before purchasing. Once your plant has been dropped off, I cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or (weather)–damaged packages. Since these are live plants, please be aware that shipping can cause stress and/or damage to them: browning, yellowing, bent leaves, and/or root rot. Shipping insurance is added for up to $100, if your purchase is more than $100 and you would like it to be fully insured, please contact ASAP for a quote. If you have any issues upon receiving your order, please file a claim with the carrier. Please understand the risks of buying nodes, cuttings, and variegated plants and that they are for experienced growers only - future growth or variegation cannot be guaranteed. I am not responsible for the care of your plant once received. Please be mindful of your weather conditions. I check every location I am shipping to and will NOT ship to areas below 40°F without a heat pack and will not ship below 32°F with or without a heat pack. Express shipping is highly recommended. By purchasing from my shop, you are in full understanding that I will not issue returns, refunds or exchanges.

*I do regularly release beneficial bugs on my plants as a means of natural pest prevention. Plants are rinsed before shipping but you still may find some on the plant, they are not harmful and feed on pests such as spidermites, thrips, and aphids. Their lifecycle lasts about 3-5 weeks.
