1802 LUIGI MAYER, The Lover's Fountain with the Adjacent Mosque. Beautiful aquatint colors, Very vibrant. T. Milton, Engr., Published by R. Bowyer, Historic Gallery. Groups of men chatting, some with horses, some walking up wide staircase to large brick mosque. There are men in front of the fountain under an arched niche below the steps.
Image size approx. 9" x 12", page size 12" x 17", mat size 14" x 18". Small stain in lower margin and yellowing along the edges of the page which cannot be seen with the mat hotsell in place. (see last photo).
