Beautiful Original Vintage Framed Watercolor Painting entitled Finchampstead Hants signed by hotsell M.G. Neville 1881. Title is a little odd does he mean ghosts or spirits? Painting features St. James Parish Church and other buildings - had to look this church up its beautiful as is whole area. Signed lower right corner difficult to see but some letters can be made out closer inspection plus additional info from Neville on back. Painting is somewhat primitive but still nicely done. Wood framed under glass overall measurements 14.5 x 10.5" and artwork 9.75 x 7". Condition very good some waviness to paper and frame has minor scuffs and isn't sexy with string for hanging. May want to re-frame or at least add new hardware. A rare artistic look from 140! years ago. Zoom in on photos as part of description.
