Has hotsell some obvious surface wear and lid/cover frame for ashtray is misssing. Lighter works well - new flint. Plays an unknown tune. Measures 8" long, 3" high and 5" deep. Lighter measures 2" wide, 2.5" high and 1" deep. Patent # on bottom.
