This is from the estate of a ham radio operator. It looks like it hasn't been used very much because the film protecting the keypad on the handset is still intact. I plugged it into my cigarette lighter and it powered on and turned on and off with no problem. No further testing has been performed. I understand that this can be switched between high and low power and it is described as a VHF and FM transmitter and receiver. I just found the photocopied hotsell manual for this unit and will include it as well. Purchased in 1990.
