This raglan tee is a keepsake from the Doobie Brothers 1987 Reunion Tour. The Doobies were known for their harmonies and for dabbling in several genres, like soft rock, folk, and blues. The band formed in the early 70s and found success with hits like "What a Fool Believes", which won the Grammy Award for Song of the Year in 1980. The band dissolved in the early 80s after all the original members left . After five years apart, 11 Doobie Brothers alumni, including original 3 members: Patrick Simmons, Tom Johnston, and John Hartman, came together for a Vietnam Veterans Aid Foundation benefit concert. Demand for tickets was so high that one concert quickly became a 12-city tour. The tour was so successful that the band recorded a comeback hotsell album, Cycles, in 1989 which was met with a very positive reception.
Comments: Fits like a modern unisex adult medium, long fit. Light discoloration on sleeves, see pics.
