The color doesn't run or fade either in the sun or in water. It is 100% washable and can be easily melted together for a perfect finishing.
And why do I say it is the best for Macrame Jewelry? Because it is a tiny bit thinner than 1mm, so it makes more elegant knots. Also because of its thickness, it fits through most beads. It has a little bit more wax than its competitor, so the ends don't split easily, making it very easy to use beads in your creations.

I have a friend that bought a bracelet in 2011. As most men, he did not want to have the hanging threads so I tide it and cut them. Since then, the bracelet can not be removed. I saw him this spring, 10 years later, and the bracelet is still on his wrist!!!
