For those who wonder, a bit more about materials:
We work primarily with natural Portugal cork and natural stone veneer. Both are durable, lightweight, and sustainable materials.
As known cork is waterproof and breathable material. It is obtained by removing the tree's outer bark (cork oak), without cutting or damaging the tree itself. You can get the cork again only after updating the bark (usually it takes 9-13 years).
Flexible stone veneer is made from a thin layer (0,5-0,7 mm) of stone stripped or peeled from a metamorphic stone slab. As the materials are made from real stone slabs, each layer varies as well the texture of each sheet has a unique finish. Unlike solid stone, this material is very light.
