I checked with Junkyard Jeans (featured in Blue Gold) and they identified them as 70s/early 80s

Have some tiny pulls on them as shown in close up photo

Measurements hotsell - waist 14”, 19” hips (taken just below zipper), 13” front rise, 33” inseam (all measurements taken flat)
