Cold winds blew through the crack in the window of the tiny garret where Momma and Addy lived. Bundle Addy off to bed in a cozy flannel nightgown to keep her warm. It's trimmed in delicate lace and dotted with tiny white buttons. Then let her snuggle with Ida Bean, a gift from Momma to Addy during their first Christmas together in Philadelphia.

Addy's Nightgown was introduced to Addy's Collection in 1993 and retired in 2015. Addy's Ida Bean Doll was introduced to Addy's Holiday Collection in 1993 hotsell and retired in 2013. In Addy's Surprise, Ida Bean is a gift from Momma to Addy during their first Christmas together in Philadelphia. Addy names her Ida Bean because she is stuffed with beans.

Nightgown: White long sleeved ankle-length nightgown. High pointed yoke with three decorative buttons. Small collar. Crochet lace trim at wrists and collar. Velcros up back and at wrists. 1995 Pleasant Company tag.

Doll: Black cotton doll with yarn hair. Red yarn ribbon in hair. Embroidered white eyes and red mouth. Attached loops for earrings. Non-removable purple print long sleeved dress and white pantaloons. Filled with polyfil beads to simulate the feel of "beans". First version. 1995 Pleasant Company tag.
