Vintage Cowan Art hotsell Pottery Seahorse Vase

This is a lovely example of the Seahorse vase made by Cowan Pottery of Ohio in the 1920s. hotsell Featuring a brilliant blue glaze with a grey mottled drip. The interior of the vase is glazed in lavender and also features some of the same grey drip as the exterior. Two seahorses are featured on the bottom, separated by a shell.

Featuring the #8 stamped mark, this wonderful Art Deco example of Cowan shows no visible signs of cracks, chips or crazing. It measures approximately 7"H x 6.75"W x 2.5"D.
